Hired a tuk tuk to travel around Sri Lanka, amazing experience, Rocky and his guys were so helpful, had a hour lesson then off we went, would definitely recommend seeing this fantastic country in a tuk tuk!
We rent a tuk tuk for two weeks in Sri Lanka to travel around the island and it was great! The tuk tuk was ok and the assistance during the booking progress was good. Also, before visiting Sri Lanka, it is possible to obtain a Recognition Permit from the Automobile Association of Ceylon on your behalf and they do it for you.

Me and my friend rented a tuk tuk here for 3 weeks and we have to say that everything went even better than expected. The state of tuk tuk, communication, help with any questions, driving lessons, organised pick up of tuk tuk so we could take a train from Kandy to Ella, the price... just perfect. If you are looking for the best way to discover Sri Lanka than look no further. Keep it up!
Hearing about Sri Lanka today, we felt like writing this. Although our travel was 4 years ago, January 2018 we hope this can be published as support. We hope that all settles in to allow travelers not to hesitate to visit your country soon again. Our more than 3500 km road trip with our Tuktuk, which we named after you Rocky, was perfect and all your assistance with the booking etc

We rented our tuk-tuk for about 40 days. We had no problems whatsoever. Big thanks to Rocky, who was very kind and helpful, and always available for everything we needed. It was one of a kind road trip that we will treasure forever in our memories. Ayubowan!
Me and my friend rented a tuk tuk at this place for 3 weeks. It was a decision that we didn't regret not one bit as everything was great, from the price, communication, the state of tuk tuk, initial driving instructions... I will definitely recommend it to my friends who will visit Sri Lanka and to everyone else who wants to go around the island in the best way possible. Luka and Alberto

Nice service, and good help in finding a car for us. Great help in Pick and Go travel in Sri Lanka(:
The worst thing about Pick & Go was the Tuktuk we rented and how they handled our complaints. To sum it all up; - at breakfast the staff was not aware that we rented a tuktuk from them and they were not prepared. The only tuktuk available had no petrol in it. It also was not in the best shape, with the backseat being torn open on one side. We also had the idea that we got a tuktuk from a local guy, because it didnt had any Pick &go stickers on it like we had seen online.

Firstly, we had a great time hence the three stars. But I decided on this tour because it was advertised as off road. THE ADVERTISED OFF ROAD RIDE We did zero off road, other than the dirt tracks to get to and from our accommodation. This was a major disappointment.
Rent a tuk tuk at this company: an unforgettable way to experience Sri Lanka! We drove across half the country with this vehicle. We had some trouble with the tuk tuk (flat tire, no grip on the gear, faulty fuel gauge) but we made it.

Perfect service, excellent vehicle, good communication, no surprises!100% recommendation!Go for Rocky
Amazing and great service with more benefits. Costermer care is 5 start... Very friendly and trustworthy starf.... Pic and go is the best in the Business in Negombo....!!!! { Pic & Go Travels... ( rent a car & bikes) }

Rocky and his family made our group feel most welcome. We hired 8 Tuk Tuks for 12 days. Our International Driving Licence arranged in the UK and the Local driving licence arranged by Pick and Go. The insurance we opted for was the VIP no quibble service although thankfully we did not have to put this to the test. On arrival our paperwork was waiting and the group were given tuition to drive the Tuk Tuks. We had a great 12 days driving through a lot of the country and the Tuk Tuks went well and were great fun. We would definitely use this company again.
We rented a Tuktuk for 18 days. It was a really nice experience. We booked the Tuktuk one day before and it was no problem to get one. The Tuktuk was in a good state, no technical problems and we drove about 1'000 km. The negative point was definitely the price

Having conducted some research online for tuk tuk rentals in Sri Lanka, ‘Rocky’ at Pick and Go responded with the best information and seemed the most professional out the 3 organisations I contacted. Rocky helped to arrange my temporary driving license and insurance before I arrived in the country and this was definitely a huge help as it meant we could just pick up the tuk tuk promptly on the day we requested. His assistant took me on a test drive around the local area but having driven a tuk tuk before, this did not take long. However, I have no doubt that he would provide as much assistance as needed for the lesson/test drive if required, even if the customer had no experience.
Rocky has hired us a tuktuk for 8 days to see Sri Lanka, and its the best idea we ever had! Great service. Good price! A little driving lesson included (neccesary for sri lankan roads!)

Rocky organised our driving permits before we arrived so it was all super quick and easy. The roof rack for our surfboards was great! Maybe on the pricier side but worth it for the ease. This was our first time driving a tuk tuk but it seemed to be in ok condition. Highly recommend travelling Sri Lanka by tuk tuk!!!
I had an amazing trip in Sri Lanka. Wonderful. My only advice: do not rent a Tuk-tuk with Pick & Go Travel. They are the most expensive company by far. They say it's because they offer "quality service", but I can assure you this is completely false.

I rented a motorbike (Honda NC 700X) for 19 days. Here my experiences: Insurance: Per email I was informed the bike had third party insurance. On site the owner had an other defenition of third party insurance than is normal in Europe / America. Owner: if an accident occures the pay out to the third party would be looked at by court of law case by case? So probably no insurance at all!!
Rented a tuk tuk from here for about 8 days - was one of the best travel experiences and the tuk tuk was fine.

I hired a motorbike - honda LA custom 250cc - and went 28 days through half Sri Lanka. Bike was in an ok status. It wasn't new anymore but still a very nice and safe bike to drive. Was properly insured and all the official paperwork available. Good friendly service. I had some problems down the road but afterwords i recieved all the repairs back due to an little additional insurance. Didn't compare any prices with other shops but would go here again when visiting Sri Lanka!
The Best tour organizer in negombo, sri lanka. Grate.

You may find cheaper options but I think the service he provides, it deserves the money you pay. We rent 2 tuk tuks for 14 days. Along the way we change our route and he helps us with everything. I really recommend it. I also arrange the transfer from airport and it was in a good car. To improve I think the rain cover needs to be fixed.
Good service. Nice tuk tuks

A very great and trusting company. The tuktuk aka "Hoppi" worked flawlessly for 14 days and the service and support of the company was impeccable. Thank you very much. We will come back to you again.
Very good

I rented a Toyota Prius for 8 days and was able to visit multiple cities. The owner is a kind couple whose husband is Sri Lankan and whose wife is Japanese. They picked me up at the airport in Colombo and gave me advice on driving in Sri Lanka at the office in Negombo.

We have just arrived from a 15-days-tour in Sri Lanka and we can do no other than strongly recommend the tuk tuk experience with Pick & Go travels. Our tuk tuk was new, in perfect condition and it performed great without any problem. Rocky and the Pick & Go travels family are very nice people. They give lots of advices and also teach you and practice with you before starting the trip. Great service and experience!
We rented a tuktuk for 17 days. They themselves managed the documentation and paperwork for us to register the temporary driver's license for Sri Lanka. Throughout the trip we were in constant contact with the owner without any problem in the tuktuk.

We chose for a stay at Pick & Go because we also rented a Tuktuk with the owner Rocky. Bad choice!!! We informed Rocky that we would arrive late in the evening and he said no problem, but when we finally arrived the gate was closed and apparently his staff was sleeping. After the taxi driver called for us the staff came to let us in. Room is to basic for what you pay and also breakfast was not great.
A super, hyper, mega, ultra, recommended experience. The best way to get to know a country where people travel by tuk-tuk is by driving your own tuk-tuk. We spent two weeks getting to know the country in one of these, and the truth is that the experience was brutal. It is slow, yes, but it is very enjoyable

18 days of adventure, > 1000km with the tuk-tuk, all that with a half paralyzed hand from an accident in December. Sounds like a plan or NOT! It was fantastic and a unique experience to discover Sri Lanka with this freedom. Do i recommend it, damn YES! We had a blast🦎🐍🚗🌏
We had a great trip by car - self-organized - over 3 weeks through the whole country. Thank you Rocky for the completely uncomplicated organization of driving licenses, vehicle handover, your good advice and support as well as your trust! We can fully recommend your car rental company!!

Strongly recommended. Rocky and his team are just great. I had one of their Honda 250cc Baja and ran nice and smooth without problems. I will come back.
Renting a tuk tuk is a very fun and beautiful way to explore Sri Lanka. We traveled by train and bus for 10 days and rented a tuk tuk from Pick&Go for 10 days. That was generally well received. For the price we might have expected a somewhat newer tuktuk, ours had 43,000 km on the odometer and was somewhat 'worn out' (by Dutch standards). Mechanically it was generally fine, but high in the mountains we had some difficulties starting. If that doesn't work, just push it.

Rented a tuk tuk from Rocky for a 25 day tour around Sri Lanka and it was amazing! We already had our IDP so it was easy for Rocky to organize the other paperwork for us. He was very friendly and pleasant to deal with and always available through What’s App. We had a concern about a vibration in the muffler before we departed.
) A good company to rent your tuk tuk from and tour Sri Lanka. We had a small problem with the battery and Rocky fixed it for us quickly and easily. The vehicles are quite new and work very well, in addition, they arrange your driving license and comprehensive insurance.

We rented a motorbike for 18 days and everything went without any problem. The prior communication via emails was really quick and Rocky arranged AAC permit before we had arrived, prepared the bike for us and helped us to tie our bags on the rear holder on the bike. The bike was in very good condition and we really enjoyed our 18-days long round trip through Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Tangalle, Galle and Colombo.
